Aubrey International is led by a Managing Partner with more than 20 years’ experience across commercial practice, private client work, in-house support, local advisory practice and complex document-led matters.
Her background includes work with Legal 500-ranked practices, including one ranked among the top three in its category at the time, as well as private practice, high street and regional firm environments, and in-house work for a range of businesses on both employed and contractor bases.
Aubrey International grew out of a practical need for a more flexible, serious and client-focused way of working. Having worked remotely since 2012, the Managing Partner saw early how technology could be used to deliver careful, responsive and discreet support without forcing clients or staff into traditional office-led structures. The model was also shaped by her own experience of pregnancy and parenthood, and by recognising how conventional career pathways can limit talented women, carers and highly capable professionals who need a different structure in order to continue progressing.
The original aim was to build a practice that could serve clients properly while also creating meaningful work for women and other experienced professionals who might otherwise be pushed out of traditional professional environments. That ethos remains part of Aubrey International’s approach today.
Her experience spans a broad client base, from individuals facing urgent personal, family or financial difficulty to owner-managed businesses, professionals, high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, recognised high street names and matters involving more than one jurisdiction.
The Managing Partner oversees Aubrey International’s triage, document review, strategy, drafting and client-support work. She works with a trusted network of staff, consultants and professional contacts across multiple jurisdictions, bringing together practical support, careful analysis and appropriate specialist input where a matter requires it.
The emphasis is always on discretion, proportionate judgement and practical resolution: understanding the facts quickly, bringing structure to difficult situations and helping clients move forward with clarity.

Remote operations since 2012
Aubrey International’s operating model has been remote-capable for more than a decade. Offices have been used at different points, but the core model is intentionally flexible: clients can be supported quickly, documents can be reviewed securely and experienced people can contribute without being limited by geography or traditional office structures.
